Customised packaging solutions
- Built for your product
We help you ensure that your products arrive safely - whether it's vulnerable electronics, heavy industry or exclusive design.
Materials we work with
Outer packaging
Robust and responsible
Our outer packaging is designed to withstand even the most demanding transport conditions. It all depends on what your product needs to withstand - and where it's going.

Plywood
A lightweight and strong sheet material suitable for for transport over long distances. We primarily use primarily FSC-certified plywood - and never pressure-treated wood. We have implemented the the EUTR regulation and are ready to implement the EUDR regulation (the successor to the EUTR) in autumn 2025, or as soon as the EU opens for the application of the EUDR.

Solid wood
A stable and robust choice for heavy and tall components. Our wood is sourced from responsibly forestry - preferably FSC-certified - and is always heat-treated in accordance with the ISPM15 standard.

Cardboard
Lightweight, flexible and reusable - especially suitable for lighter goods. Our cardboard packaging consists of fibres that combine new and recycled recycled materials in up to 100 %. All solutions are solutions are produced without the use of toxins and are FSC-certified
Inner packaging
Precision and protection
The inner packaging has one purpose: to hold your product
securely and stably in place during transport. We always design it specifically for each product - whether it's being exported to China or simply moved between locations in Denmark.

Cardboard
Moulded inserts that contribute to fixation and protection - and at the same time make it possible to reduce material consumption in the outer packaging.

Foam
Our foam protects high-tech and valuable valuable components - such as robotic parts or medical equipment. We use certified recycled foam. Depending on which foam material we use for the specific foam foam insert, the foam is minimum 30% or 60% certified recycled material. All recycled material is 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) material and is part of a closed closed loop system where foam residue is returned and recycled into new sheets. The production of foam production is free of glue and chemical waste.

Foil
When there are special requirements for moisture or dust dust protection, we use foil solutions - typically typically in combination with other materials. We always always document what the film contains and what effect it has - both on the product and the environment.
Examples of solutions
Created in collaboration with our customers
All our solutions are based on the individual product and its requirements
for transport, protection and presentation. Here you can see examples of how we work
- from initial need to finished solution.
The green solution - without compromise
Low carbon footprint requirements and high protection against moisture and impact.
FSC cardboard and closed-circuit recycled foam. Tested in Granby Lab with documented CO₂ data.
Functional and responsible packaging with high documentation value, now a template for other customer solutions.
Exclusive protection - when presentation is as important as function
The customer needed a solution that could protect a sensitive and aesthetically important speaker - and at the same time provide a special unboxing experience for the end user.
We developed a customised solution in FSC-certified cardboard with a bespoke foam insert. The foam was designed to keep the product fixed without the use of plastic bags or tape.
High satisfaction for both customer and end user. The solution signals quality and can be produced in small series at no extra cost.
When packaging has to do it all - and then some
The value and size of the component required high robustness and stability in the packaging - and it had to work across unknown logistics links.
A solution in heat-treated ISPM15 certified wood with fixative foam inserts, tested in vibration chamber and drop test in Granby Lab.
Minimised warranty risk, proven durability and increased confidence in the customer's logistics team.
The small series with big potential
The customer had no previous solution and wanted documentation and low carbon footprint in a small series.
Mock-ups, a test day in Granby Lab, and a flexible solution in FSC cardboard and recycled foam - adjustable for future growth.
The customer could document the packaging in ESG report and export documentation.
